If something’s off, we’ll make it right.

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any product — used or unused. If it didn’t meet your expectations, just send us a message. We’re not here to make things difficult.

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

• Opened or lightly used products are eligible

• Refunds issued to original payment method

• Customer covers return shipping

• Exchanges ship free

• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of return receipt

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@oakbishop.com with your order number and a brief note about the issue. We’ll take it from there and provide return instructions if needed.

Please don’t ship anything back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.
