Cancellation policy

If you select a purchase option such as a subscription or recurring delivery, you may cancel it at any time before your next scheduled shipment.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, the order will be handled according to our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.

You can manage or cancel your purchase options by:

There are no cancellation fees.
